KSRP Discord Regulations
What is allowed in chat, voice, DMs, and tickets.
Arguments & Disputes
Constructive discussion is allowed. Emotional, aggressive, or hostile arguments are prohibited. Any concerns or disputes should be directed to a Moderator or high rank instead of being handled publicly.
Nicknames
Your Discord display name must match your Roblox username. Callsigns are permitted where applicable.
NSFW Content (Zero Tolerance)
NSFW content is strictly prohibited in all channels under any circumstance. Violations will result in immediate moderation action.
Voice Channel Conduct
Inappropriate language, behavior, or actions are not permitted in voice channels.
Advertising & External Links
Advertising other servers, games, products, or services is prohibited. This includes direct message (DM) advertising to server members. Use channels only for their intended purposes.
Channel Usage
Post content only in its designated channel. Mis-use of a particular channel is subject to moderation.
Gender Identity & Sexuality
We recognize and respect all gender identities and sexual orientations. However, discussions or debates regarding sexuality are not permitted within the server.
Hate Speech (Zero Tolerance)
Sexism, racism, homophobia, or any form of discrimination will result in immediate moderation action without warning.
Chat Filter & Rule Bypassing
Attempting to bypass chat filters, moderation systems, or prohibited language is not allowed and will result in moderation.
Pinging
Excessive or unnecessary pinging is prohibited. Ping individuals or roles only when there is a valid reason.
Language
Kentucky State Roleplay is an English-only server.
Privacy & Doxxing (Zero Tolerance)
Sharing, threatening to share, or soliciting personal information (real names, locations, accounts, IPs, etc.) without consent is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal.
Impersonation
Impersonating staff members, law enforcement, or other community members is not permitted.
Staff Decisions & Appeals
Staff decisions are final. Publicly disputing moderation actions or staff authority is prohibited. Appeals must be submitted through support tickets only.
Media & Evidence Posting
Posting screenshots, recordings, or clips intended to shame, expose, or provoke others is prohibited. Evidence for moderation must be submitted to staff.
Server Integrity
Trolling, intentionally disruptive behavior, or actions that degrade the quality of KSRP are not permitted.
Voice Recording & Consent
By voluntarily joining any voice channel within any server affiliated with KSRP, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility that your voice may be recorded. Recording is permitted in accordance with applicable laws.
Exploits & Abuse (Zero Tolerance)
Abusing bugs, exploits, or unintended mechanics (Discord, Roblox, or in-game systems) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate enforcement.
Enforcement Discretion
Staff reserve the right to moderate any behavior not explicitly listed if it disrupts the community or violates the spirit of these regulations.

The following may result in immediate mute, kick, or permanent removal without warning:
- NSFW content
- Hate speech or discrimination
- Doxxing or privacy violations
- Exploit abuse
- Harassment or targeted abuse
- Moderation or filter bypassing
